In this add you are explicitly seeing Rimmel Mascara. It shows a picture of the tube of mascara, highlighting the end of it. You also see a picture of a beautiful woman with very long eyelashes and the colors in the background seem to draw your eyes to hers.
This add is trying to tell woman that not only if they use this brand and type of mascara they will have long beautiful eyelashes but also that they will look beautiful and cool like the model in the add.
